After comparing the super power Russia to the small struggling country of Chad I can conlude that the reason Russia has such a low natural increase is because of the access to education is so high and the geography is so remote it removes the need to bear many children. Chad on the other hand has a very low access to education and is very poor in general which gives its extremely high rate of education.
